Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, any specified timelines are approximate and subject to change. Once your parcel has departed from our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we cannot accept liability for delivery delays, misplacements, or any other issues that may occur during transit. Your satisfaction matters, and we appreciate your understanding that such circumstances are beyond our control.

Important Notice for U.S. Orders:

Due to recent policy changes, shipping to the United States may experience delays or disruptions. Please be aware that customs duties or import fees may be charged by U.S. authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, we cannot be held liable. Should you wish to have the parcel resent, new shipping fees will apply.

Important Information About Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

The shipping cost you pay covers transportation only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country’s government when your order arrives.

These additional charges are determined entirely by the destination country’s customs authority, not by Conjuring Lab. Because they are imposed at the border, we cannot estimate or predict these fees in advance. 100% of these charges go to your government or local carrier (such as USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx etc.). Conjuring Lab does not receive any part of it.

Some countries charge nothing at all, while others may apply duties, taxes, or processing fees before releasing your package. The specific charges vary widely depending on your location and the type of product. For exact information, please contact your local customs office or carrier.

These fees are never included in our product prices or shipping costs. As an international shipper, Conjuring Lab complies with all import regulations and cannot refund customs charges or fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility to settle.

If customs fees are not paid, parcels are typically returned to us or destroyed by customs, depending on local policies.

For U.S. Customers: Duty and Import Info

Please refer to the official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website for details on import duties for internet purchases. See the section titled Importing Process: Paying Duty for guidance. As the importer, you are responsible for any duties owed, and only CBP can determine the final amount due. From feedback and experiences of previous customers, this amount has reportedly been around $20.
